Good to know

Who is the manager?
The person who completes checkout becomes the company manager. They see codes, staff, and billing in their account.
Do staff get the same perks as Gold members?
Yes — once you assign them a code, they have an active membership for member pricing and other member benefits on eligible shows.
What if we already have a venue arrangement?
Ask the venue to set up your company on the plan you need. Those accounts are billed by the venue instead of online checkout.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Cancelling ends staff memberships and unused codes. Affected people can join as individual members afterwards.
